Social Compliance Officer Position
We seek a Labor Rights / Social Compliance Officer for the Social Compliance team in PT. Asmara Karya Abadi, located in Bogor City, West Java, Indonesia.
Primarily task is to maintain the compliance standard in the PT. Asmara’s factory to meets world-class / buyer standards in the area of environment and social & working conditions.
Qualifications:
• Experience for Social & Environmental auditor and factory capacity building
• Analytical, systematic and a good communicator with a convincing style
• Bachelor degrees
• Understanding the Apparel Business and Social Responsibility Code of Conduct, and how they meet customer’s requirements
• Knowledge in/understanding of business and industry/supply chain processes
• Good knowledge of local legislation
• Fluent in English.
• Good on reporting and filling system.
