Job Description:
-Greeting visitors and directing them to a specific person or department
-Responsible to operate telephone switchboard to answer incoming calls, screen, or forward calls, providing information, and taking messages
-Managing the visitor's book and handle the distribution of letters/ documents received
-Answering inquiries in person, by phone and email
Qualification:
-Women, age max 28 years old, min SMA / SMK all major
-At least 1 year working of experience in the related field is required for this position
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong in details, multitasking, and administration skills
-Have a good command in English
-Good looking/ well-groomed
-Work Location: Gambir, Central Jakarta
